We have used Serv Pro on two different occasions.  They did an outstanding job both times.  The second time using them was for water damage.  Chris Spain returned my call immediately, came to the office, assessed the damage and called a crew in immediately.  Service was outstanding.  I would highly recommend this compant.

I had a mold problem occur in my home due to a water leak behind my washer. I got in touch with Chris Spain (General Manager of Servpro in Valdosta Ga.) He came out and assessed the damage. He agreed to do the job and sent a quote to my insurance company. When my insurance company finally decided to send the check he backed out of the job. He offered no reason other than "I'm just not going to do the job."
If you are looking for an unreliable, unprofessional, could care less about your problem company then Servpro is the one for you!
