Very comfortable rooms, 3 pools djakuzi with different temperature of water. It's better to call before to make an appointment to enter there. In case you order a procedure the ticket to enter the Spa will cost $20 instead of $40. It's possible to have massage, or scrub, or to buy face mask. There is no need to bring anything with you. There are showers, shampoo, conditioner. At the reception you get shorts, T-shirts and towels. If you order procedure, they call you exactly on time. When people stay there for a long time, they can have a snack and drink in cafeteria. In general, it worth to go there.
This is one of the best spas in North Seattle for the price and quality of the services provided. 6 different spa rooms plus separate sauna with swimming pool Admission fee is only $40. We've been coming here for over 10 years and several owners have changed in that time. The new owner really cares about their customers and always strives to provide good quality.
A great sauna and massage. They have separate sauna rooms for men and women. In men, there is dry and wet sauna. 3 swimming pools. Cold, warm and hot. Temperatures in saunas are good but could be hotter for my taste. It’s all clean and nice. Maintained well. In shared space there are several rooms for relaxation such as char coal room, cold room , etc. massage is great there , I ordered a deep tissue and it was very professional Food is good Korean food. I enjoyed this place
I had purchased two gift certificates amounting to over 300 dollars easily for my S/O and her mom to have a good time and relax. The entire experience was horrendous. To start, the customer service was poor as it gets with the receptionist being completely dismissive, rude and impatient. After finally getting checked in, the massage therapist didn’t speak English and no translator was available. They resorted to pointing out body parts on a picture. The massage therapist ended up causing more stress and added to the poor experience that the customer service had provided. I strongly recommend to try and check out other places before checking this place out. Not worth giving your business to folks who don’t appreciate that this was meant to be a gift, not a bad experience. No information was given to where in the building to get the massage, no tours of rooms. No signs or ways to self serve. It was HORRIBLE. Her and her mother whom I gifted this to approve this message. Terrible service and experience.
Customer Service could use some work. I called them to check if they were open on Monday 12/26 because it’s about a 30 minute drive. They answered and said yes but when I got there they notified me that the all the hot tubs in the facility were down and had no estimate on when they would be fixed. My group all wasted about an hour of day driving over for what could have been prevented if the front desk was honest with us.
Sooo affordable! $40 for a day pass. Be sure to explore all the rooms. We missed all the amenities outside of the main pool area def have to come back for a literal whole day and spend time in all the areas. We went to eat afterward at the most delicious spot next door hidden inside the supermarket.
90% of Q Spa offered a relaxing experience: nice massage, great saunas in the clothed co-ed areas, nice Korean restaurant inside. HOWEVER, a few things to know: tips for massages come after the massage, but you’ll be presented a separate tip option when you pay up front. Also, the steam room had men jerking each other off inside. I googled this after and it’s apparently an open secret here.
Good heated rooms, a bit on the smaller size, but very clean. The cold room wasn't good, not only it wasn't really cold, it smelled like some kind of chemical. Scrub and massage was very good, don't forget to bring cash for their tips. They give you an envelope after the massage, and you put it in a box with their names, near the check-in so no need to tip when you check-in. The rugs, and only the rugs, were filthy, both in the inner lounge and in the restroom. Check-in could use one more person, and one more computer, at least at busy times.
The place is very relaxing and clean. It’s my third time at the spa but my third experience was disappointed. I booked on 8/26/22 for Swedish massage but the lady who did my massage was very bad she told me next time book deep tissues not Swedish then when she start the massage she only did my back nothing else even she did not use an oil she was massaging over the cover sheets I waisted $100 over nothing she did not put any effort I left the place unhappy and did not receive the service as I paid for. I expected to be like my first two visits after long day at work and too much stress i hope they can see my review and do something about it because I really did not receive the service I paid for I may need to go somewhere else to do better job.
My son took me for a scrub, collagen mask and swedish massage while he used the pools, sauna and had his own massage. The wash and scrub alone is a great massage. The pools are great. The heated rooms are wonderful. I had never been to a facility like this. I highly recommend it. It has been a week and I still feel relaxed and rejuvinated.
