Generous portions- one chicken teriyaki would feed 2 hungry folks. Mac salad is just ok- only mac and mayo- no veggies or seasoning. Some people like it that way so no worries. Teriyaki was made fresh. Maybe slightly over cooked- again, some people prefer this. I will definitely go again. Owners were friendly and delightful. I recommend ordering in advance. Takes 15 minutes or more to prepare order.
Displaces ruthless and deceivers Business I’ve never dealt with they trying to make Indian food when is clearly it is a teriyaki place !! And take your money no neither apologies , me and my family will never come and visit this place. Horrible food horrible customer service ! And mind you I wanted Curry teriyaki
They've increased the price which i understand. It's not their fault prices have gone up. But the quality somehow went way down. It tasted like over cooked reheated chicken. Food was better quality when it was 3.99
I've been going here for 14+ years and although the food isn't the best around it was good for the price... Although the portions were always tiny about half the white take out box which was understandable for the price point. I hadn't gotten food from here for probably close to 2 years, until the other day. I called and ordered 2 chicken teriyaki's to go. When i got there to pick up my order and the cashier told me the total $24.00, i was highly confused because the last time i had been there it was $4.99 each and that is when i noticed that their prices have more than doubled. I paid for Our food and My Son and i went to the park and sat down to eat our food and i was VERY disappointed that they only gave us half of the take out box of food after i just paid as much as i did. If they are going to raise their prices then they need to give their customers a full serving of teriyaki or whatever was ordered... . It is totally a rip off and i definitely now will NOT be going back. Their food is not worth that price at all.
It's a Meadowdale neighborhood classic. This shop has been around almost 2 decades! Miss the times when Teriyaki was $3.99 lol. Brings back great memories of growing up around that area~
Their prices went up significantly! Unfortunately you don't realize how much it went up until you get your food. Their online menu is not accurate. I ordered 5 teriyaki chicken meals. They were priced at $3.95 online. I also ordered 2 chicken fried rice and 5 extra teriyaki sauce. I paid $85!!!!! Holy cow! There went my food money for the rest of the week! I will NOT be buying my teriyaki from them again. If I'm going to pay $85, I'm going to go somewhere much better!
Called too make an order and asked for a side of fried rice and was willing to pay extra. They explained they don't offer that and when I said "Never mind on the fried rice" I heard a click before I even got the words out. Called back and they wouldn't even acknowledge they rudely hung up on me when I only intended to not add on a full meal of fried rice.
The prices for portion and quality aren't worth it anymore. 4$ for a small macaroni salad side is outrageous and 10$+ for teriyaki that is normally dry is also not ideal. Bring back your 7$ specials please
Been coming here for over ten years now. Consistent great quality. Low prices. Their chicken teriyaki is my absolute favorite, but I've also never had anything bad here. Delicious bubble tea flavors and by far the best tapioca. You can see them cooking each meal as it's ordered, so it's always fresh. Small seating area. Family owned.
Chicken was dry and edges were kind of crispy/chewy but not in a good way. The steak was good. Salad dressing is too thick. The restaurant feels unkept, dirty, and is too tiny to eat in. Service was fine. I will not be going back. Just wanted to try it since it was close to home.
