By far the best hand wash and detail service I've ever used.  These guys really take pride in their work.  They are true professionals who really care about cars and you can see that in the final output.  The attentions to detail is exceptional.  The shine is impressive, no streaks and the inside and outside of the rims are spotless every time.  I highly recommend Q if you care about your car.

Q Care is a one-of-a-kind detailing shop. I had two cars treated there with Q's highest level of nano ceramic coating. What's unique is that the chemical product they use is owned by the business and developed through a partnership with a commercial laboratory. The owner Ben explained that the coating technology Q utilizes has existed for a while, but the application technique required is difficult enough that others have been discouraged from actually bringing it to market. If you're considering getting your car coated, I encourage you to discuss the technology with Ben. It's interesting, and he's very passionate about it.

Practically, the upshot of getting the treatment is that your autos are now dead easy to wash. The coating is so hard that the usual dirt and grime that ends up on your won't scratch it, so you can safely wipe the car with a rag even when it's pretty dirty. To wash at home, Q sells some spray products and a concentrate you can mix with a water in a bucket. If you're short on time, the spray gets the job done just fine.

The look of the cars after treatment is stunning. Most of the time my cars look like they've just been professionally waxed, unless I haven't washed them in a while. The surface looks thick and glossy and it's silky to the touch. Checkout the pictures.

Keep in mind that the coating won't eliminate all body-related headaches. Nothing is foolproof, and I've observed that the coating is more resistant to scratches than rock chips. I'm sure this to be expected. It's obviously a massive step up from a standard clear coat. 

Bottom line, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants the body of their car to look awesome and to last that way for a long time with minimal maintenance.

Note: you're car need not be new for the treatment. In my case the Mercedes was treated two years after its sale, and the Volvo after five.

Very convenient that I can email and book an appointment. Great And friendly service. Parents have 2 Mercedes that gets detailed here annually. Its been 10 days and VW still shines

Ben was great and explained everything in detail. I was a little iffy about the price at first but it was well worth it. The coating added a slight gloss to my dull white and Ben was great with questions that I had after. He was there to help guide me on which protection package I wanted and kept me updated when he could. Overall they're great if you want to protect your investment.
