If you want a good quality, professional nail service experience spare yourself and don’t visit this nail salon. Larry did my nails from shop on 10/26. I made an appointment for a pedi and full set two weeks in advance. The day of my appointment because the staff wanted to go home early only wanted to do my pedi. My pedi was rushed even though I picked the most expensive package. My full set was rushed and this was the result of my nails after only having them on for a week. When I called about this the owner didn’t care. I went into the shop this past Friday for resolution to be told the person Larry was not there and no one in the shop cared to resolve the issue the same day. I was told to come back another day. Went back this past Sunday to be told because the person Larry had personal issues I needed to wait for him to return to resolve. They were too busy to care This shop is unprofessional and don’t care about the service they provide. I’m very disappointed with the nail service this shop provides and would not recommend going to them. Very disappointed customer.

Absolutely love Rosie and Larry. She was just amazing in the design she put on my nails. She is very attentive to your need for detail and design that makes you Happy. He was so nice and made my week with the pedicure he did for me. I have definitely found a new home here with the services and customer care they provide. Love Q nails Bonsack! Rosie is the best. I drive over 30 minutes there and will continue to do so. I wear long coffin nails and they last all month. Rosie’s designs are the absolute best in the Roanoke area. She is creative and talented. This time I also enjoyed a wonderful pedicure my feet are smooth and beautiful. The staff was very personable and skilled.  We had 4 pedicures and every tech had a different method but all were great for each individual need.  We will go back!

I used this nail salon Bonsack location regularly several years ago and it was very nice. I went today for a pedicure. The inside of the establishment looks very run down and dirty.  The gentleman that did my pedicure was very nice but was trying to do a pedicure for me AND a manicure for another customer. I felt that the pedicure was very rushed and that I definitely did not get what I paid for. I was very disappointed and will not return.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
