I have a couple Qdobas near my home and they are absolutely wonderful.  don't get me wrong....I love Qdoba.  Just not this one.  Never again.  The fruit flies were disgusting.  They were all over the walls by in the sitting areas and eventually found their way onto my leftover food.  Gross.  No one at any point came out to clean any of the tables during the busy lunch rush, so had to wash my own.  Staff was incredibly rude.  They didn't know how to make what was being ordered.   It made you feel dirty and gross being there.

Should have rennovated your employee's attitudes. Completely hostile demeanor towards customers and each other. 

The guy who made my food mumbled, started making the wrong menu item, and cross-contaminated everything...brown rice in the white rice, steak in the chicken, cheese in the lettuce...what a mess. Never offered a tortilla shell bowl that's supposed to come with the loaded tortilla soup... probably because they never bother making any. Ever.

The girl at the register sighed and rolled her eyes in between everything she said. Treated customers like total annoyances. After taking a seat she started screaming out profanities and slamming things around with a lobby full of people. Unacceptable.

Where do I begin? The staff is just straight up terrible. It's like it's every employees first day with no idea what to do. Chipotle looks like the Daytona 500 in comparison. They also don't clean their counters frequently enough. I shouldn't get a burrito with BBQ sauce smeared on the outer shell when I didn't even get BBQ sauce on the burrito to begin with. I'm still not even sure their Brown rice is even Brown rice or just rice with taco seasoning on it. The workers haven't clarified that for me yet. Cool pop machine though.
