Recently got this screen protector as opposed to the tempered glass after hearing such great reviews about it via Verizon rep, but the very first time I dropped it, my entire screen shattered and my phone couldn't be used. Despite registering this product within the first 30 days and having a confirmation page on the web browser, I never received an email. After 2 weeks of calling back and forth between Qmadix and their insurance company, I was finally told that Qmadix "just couldn't help it" that the registration didn't go through. Once I finally received this information, I was a week past the 30 days, so I also could not re-register. When I told the Qmadix rep I had registered and also had all the required information, he very rudely kept reminding me "I can't do anything about it." Just get tempered glass because this product is a glorified anti fingerprint mechanism.

Great I cracked my screen and they gave me $100 ticket to get it fixed and my screen is all fixed they stand behind their product 😬

WORST PRODUCT! Never have I ever personally broke my phone screen before. First time I dropped my new Samsung 8 and the screen broke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

WORST PRODUCT EVER!  Do NOT waste your money.  I dropped my phone about 9 inches from the ground, and it shattered.  I had to pay almost $200 to have my screen replaced because I believed in the salesperson at Verizon Wireless that is was amazing.  Trying to be reimbursed the $100 guarantee from Qmadix is a complete joke!

Phone glass got broken in one fall attempt.  I have protected all my previous phonestudies and tables with a regular screen protectors and they are all fine. Customer service is awful.
