The reason why we decided to go with this storage complex was because of Hector's knowledge, professionalism and consideration.  We were looking for a big enough unit to store our 1-bedroom furniture at an unbeatable rate, and Hector provided the solution by placing himself in the customer's shoes and going above and beyond to ensure we took advantage of the right deal.  I strongly recommend working with Hector and Marisa at this location for your future storage needs.  They will take care of you!

Just want to let you folks out there know that if your current self storage is offering you less than adequate customer service, or are difficult to deal with... why not make a change for the better. 

Van Nuys Mini Storage has been amazing in regards to my concerns being met. So far, they've worked with me to find a fair solution.  I usually speak with HECTOR (bless him!) who is always friendly, pleasant, and helpful, making sure your issues don't fall through the cracks.  I've been a customer for over a year now, and recommend them all the time!

BEDBUGS!!!!!!  After renting a unit for 3 months and putting ALL my belongings in it, I brought basics into my new home.  We immediately realized our belongings had become infested.  I reported it to the site manager and that began a long horrible experience.  They agreed to treat the unit but flaked on an appointment they scheduled after I took a full day off work to accommodate them. Two months later still nothing EXCEPT a bill letting me know if I don't pay full price to keep my stuff away from my home they will auction it all.  Seems like a scam to me.  I don't want my things in storage.  My home is empty. My belongings are non accessible and the manager they have sent me to now is a money hungry nasty person.  I have an email from two weeks ago again claiming the situation is being taken care of...BUT...NOTHING STILL!!!

I had a great experience signing up. Mike Campos was very helpful and knowledgeable of the facility and the rules that a customer needs to abide by and also the deals that one could get when signing up. I recommend this storage facility to others. Make sure to ask for Mike.

Hector provided excellent customer service I highly recommend this place.made everything so easy and provided me with a drive up unit for my goods.
