5th time here. I figured it's been 4 months since the last time I was here, I'd give them a try again. It was a simple product, beef tallow. Dropped the trailer 15 hours ago and asked if it could be ready by 9am the following day. They said no problem. 
I show up today at 9:15 and the trailer is still in the bay. That's ok, it's done right? It's now 9:45 and the operator barely just lowered the washer spinner down into the trailer and started the wash. I knew they would screw me again so I asked for it earlier than I needed it. But 5 out of 5 times there have been constant issues. I'll update when and if they actually get the tank clean.

Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to update this review everytime I'm forced to come here and get a tankwash and I'm going to start adding pictures. 
I dropped my tank  last and asked for it to be ready at 8am today. It was.
1) But they didn't wash the external valve cap. It was completely covered in brown product. 
2)They busted off the cotter pins in the camlock as well. I had to pull the pieces out with pliers.
3) The crows nest has a ring around the dome of product. It's brown product on a SS surface and they couldn't see it or care about it.
4) my fittings I left attached to my hoses in hopes they wouldnt lose them. They never took them off the hoses to be washed. They just left them on and they're still contaminated on the outside and the ended of the hoses were still contaminated.

*older review *This is the third time Ive been here this year and is the third time its been a complete service failure. I dropped the trailer off last night and so I described what I needed done. Tankwash,  5 hoses, 1 pump, 4 fittings. I was told they'd do the pump and fittings when I came to pick the trailer up. Awesome!

Having been here before and experiencing what I had, I came over well before I needed the trailer done by. They didnt wash any of the hoses. They didnt wash the external valve cap, of which the inside was coated with product. The external valve was obviously still coated with product. The worker also had his gloves contaminated with ANOTHER type of product and he left obvious stains where where he had his hands on the hose tube and the external valve handle.

Michael the site manager was very helpful in assuring me that they would fix everything. I have only dealt with the night crew and never the day crew. Maybe it's better, I don't know. 

But I can honestly say that this is the worst quala wash thay I have ever been to and I would avoid it if at all possible. 

I feel horrible for saying that, but this is a consistent problem.

I always get resin cleaned out, never more then 3 or 4 hours.

Pulled into Quala to wash our smooth bore tanker.  Soybean oil as a prior product.  They called to get authorization to dispose of excessive heel of 45 gallons at $18.00 a gallon.  I questioned as I have never been charged that much per gallon for heel and my driver also reported the heel was minimal.  We pulled out and washed in Rose City for 230.00 compared to the 810.00 plus assuming a 200.00  wash at this Quala facility.  There are better options out there stay away from Quala.
