Great place to finance a vehicle from. Staff is caring and always trying to help! Highly recommend Regina is awesome she has always been helpful whenever we needed help.

Not helpful.. by far the worse finance company.. the pay system is shotty. They use pay near me which ask for an account number your name and zip.. I made a simple mistake with the last number in my account number and they claim I didn't pay.. why doesn't your system kick back if the name zip doesn't match the account number. So my car note is now 8 days past due and they repoed my car three days ago.. seriously come on. Now I'm respondsible for the tow fee of 300 plus my 8 days past due note.. that's not fair for a simple mistake that the system should have recognized. Now me and my four kids have lost our truck that we use to get to work and school.. but wait all they could say well we didn't put a repo on your account.. you didn't put it because you couldn't put it unless it was 30 plus days past due which it was not. Do not and I repeat do no deal with this company. Scott the manager ext 217 worthless and no help. Good luck folks go with a different company.

Call to make  3/4 of the payment was told they dont do partial payments by Regina. Who wouldn't  want most of their money?  This company  is ridiculous

Overall the online portion of the company was ok to deal with but be wary if you have to call in; they have terrible customer service.
