Horrible! Never coming back to this bank again, i actually i'm going to cancel my account with bank of america because they s*ck. Came in at 10.30, waited for 2 hours and didn't do anything because they were "too busy" talking to each other and spending more than 45 min with only one person.

Closed on sundays and ATM outside looks sketchy.

They always have 3 or 4 tellers and no lines. I like the personal attention and I don't like to us the ATM because they take jobs away from people. I don't like that they charge to cash checks that are BOA if you don't have an account with BOA. But then again everyone everywhere wants to nickle and dime you.

Should be careful at night!!! A Very dangerous area!! One guy pop up behind my friend and me suddenly and he followed us. So We crossed a road and went to Freemont street. The guy put on sunglass even at 9 pm and was alone. He wore black leather jacjek and black pants. He has long chin hair and white person and 50's. Be careful do not go there at night!!
