Story

Since 1996, Quality Coatings Inc. (QCI) has been providing custom industrial coating services. Founder Dean Drayna has 30+ years of experience in the coating industry. Starting out as a ‘one-man operation’, Drayna convinced one of the world’s largest expandable foam forms producers to have all their USA molds Teflon© coated at QCI. Word of great service and quality quickly spread to other manufacturers and users of molds. In 2002, Drayna purchased the building at QCI’s current site and powder painting, metal plasma spray, and automated parts processing were added to the service offering. In 2004, an expansion of QCI’s building and office space was completed to meet the growing needs of an increasing customer base.
QCI can increase product quality and performance, while decreasing labor and production costs for its customers. In addition, our fast response time and superior customer service will help you maintain production levels by reducing downtime, giving you the opportunity to offer a higher level of service to your customers. We can cater to virtually every custom industrial coating request. Among our service offerings include non-stick coatings, food grade coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, conductive & non-conductive coatings. We can also facilitate traction release paper converting, dry and solid film lubrication and powder coatings. At QCI, we are a full service industrial coatings service provider. We offer additional services such as flexible substrate, Halar®, fluidized bed, lubricating, mold release, dip, graphite, stainless steel, molybdenum and thick film coatings that you will find difficult to source elsewhere that match our quick turnaround and competitive pricing!
