Still wondering where my check is from the job at homeland security?? Don't understand how you can have someone work for you in a government office no less and then not even pay them at all or even call them for the next job but act as though your impressed with my work and want to keep me around?? I need my money with a quickness or I'll be coming to your office to get it myself I mean seriously I feed my kids with the money I earn from busting my ass you gonna take food from a babies mouth by not paying their hardworking dad although it's no secret you company made at least double or triple what I'm supposed to be paid for the work I did?? Not okay we're struggling as it is and I'm 6 different kinds of crazy I really need my 💰

I scheduled an appointment with several days notice, took time off work, and when  the inspector was an hour late I called the office. They informed me they would be too busy to take my business and if I would like to be referred to a partner company. If you want to keep a professional reputation, I would suggest not standing up customers and instead provide advance notice if you cannot keep an appointment you arranged.

Just had a guy come check our roof. He told me he wouldn't even waste his time since I already had done the claim and that they don't do bidding that they work directly with insurance company . Will go with Wilcox . You just lost my 6000 dollar business because of such unprofessional Experience . This is what my insurance company was warning me about companies like this . I didn't even get a paper quote with their marksmanship or warranty as the person was wasting his time
