Customer service is everything when your business depends on customers.  That is just a simple fact.  After some research via HomeAdvisors, Google and others, I decided to give Mosaic a try and see how they compare with other Deck Construction Companies in Colorado Springs.  First impression, they called within a day and that is a good thing.  We set up the appointment and I took the afternoon off so I can meet with Brandon on June 27 at 3 pm.  After an hour waiting, I can clearly say that this company does not want my business.  I have received no phone call and Brandon did not show up.  I only wonder how this company stays in business if they do not show up on time as promised.

Seems that the designs and quality are good, but the problem with this place is the delay in their response or no response at all. Probably they are overwhelm with work, but the back log and non responses are a red flag. The quotes are over the roof. Overall, I would try to avoid the  frustration, if you are a regular individual looking  to start a home project.

We had to have a Trex deck replaced that had caused substantial foundation damage due to water infiltration.  Garth, Gail, and James solved all our problems and built a custom deck that is and remains perfect for our needs out here in the woods of Black Forest, Colorado.  Paula and I heartily and enthusiastically recommend them to everyone.  We could not be happier with the perfect solution in every way that they provided to us.
