A few weeks back I ran into a kid on my street who was putting door hangers on people's front doors. He asked if we were in the market for new windows and I said yes, so he took my information set an appointment time and let me know his boss would be calling to set up an appointment. BTW - the kid was super nice and professional! Then, his boss called to confirm the appointment and also to ensure that my husband would be able to be at the appointment. When I told him no,
 he then proceeded to ask me if I was authorized to make purchasing decisions for our family. (First of all I never told them I was married, and in 2018 I think it's very ignorant to assume that a female homeowner is married and not only that, married to a man. My neighbors are a married female couple who would have been incredibly offended.) I should have canceled the appointment right then, but I actually am in the market for new windows and I thought this would be a good opportunity to get my first quote. The appointment with the salesman was less than boring, and even though I made it very clear that I would not be purchasing "today" they continued to offer a same day purchase discount. I have 17 windows in my house and the pre-discount estimate was $28,000. We will not be doing business with this company.

I have worked for this company for about a year, and I must say they seriously care about their employees. They want everyone to succeed. The level of professionalism is very high and any customer I’ve ever installed for has been very pleased with all the work done. We are a GAF master elite certified roofing installer and we have many skilled workers on our crew. Would recommend to install on my own house.

This company charges way to much and if you’re the person who hires them, you just payed for three jobs!  Beware! You have been warned! They wanted 15,000 for a 10 by 20 Lattice top over my deck.  When I said no way the salesman said, “how about 12,000?”

They are way over priced.  I have had 4 different sales people come by and each time I tell them NO.  I did have a estimate done the first time.  The estimator gave me a price and I thought I was building another home.  I could get two covers done for the price he quoted.  Shade Concepts is the place to go.  My neighbor received a quote from same guy and they refused due to price and the estimator said he could reduce the price by $6000.00.  He sure wanted a commission.  STAY AWAY.

I work here and have for six years so I suppose I can't be too objective. With that said, I've been with the company for a long time, managing the canvass department for five and a half years because I believe in the company, our products (we're the number one roofers in Northern Nevada),  do windows and everything from paint to patio covers. Most everything has a lifetime warranty and it's nice to have one contractor who can do it all.
