Reviews

They came out gave me an oral estimate for additional ductwork, said I would have a written one the next day and could do the job in two weeks since Christmas time was slow. After 4 days and a couple of phone calls, he called me back and said he was too backed up to do the job and was going to pass on it. I have never heard of a professional co passing on a job like this, very disappointed and will find someone else who won't back out after wasting my time. I will also find someone else to clean my duct's out.

Will did a really great assessment of the furnace  before he replaced any parts. He went through and explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on through the process. I really recommend Will and quality heating and cooling.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I called to schedule a repair, and they were able to send someone out same-day. Then, the technician (Brandon) came out on time (even a bit early), called ahead, and was extremely kind and professional.  The office representative and technician both understood my needs, and never once tried to pressure me into paying for more than what was necessary.  I will recommend Quality Heating & Cooling to all neighbors and friends. Excellent customer service!

I get great service. I had no heat this morning and since it's a new system I got service 1st thing.  It's fixed and we're nice and toasty warm. Thank you for the quick response
