The room is okay. They need to do a bettee job of airing out the smell. They also need to check their refrigerators because we found left over food. The breakfast is nothing impressive, but at least its free. All in all just average.

I would not recommend any1 to stay hotel 1. every room is smell like smoke or weed 2, train run every 1.2 hrs can't even rest 3 it not save you park car park lot 2017 RAV got hit in park it been 2 we try to touch with management no response even went 3 person different time which told Manger not their . Customers service really Suck just advice many other which has way better service get money worthwhile

May 8, 2017. Worst hotel I've experienced ever. I did not stay, had to pay up front, went to non-smoking room I booked. The hallway was filled with overwhelming pungent smell of Marijuana. Opened door to room, and was hit with a breeze of stale smoke. Pleaded with a resisting front desk clerk who relented and refunded my room fee. That was the only good thing that happened. Upon leaving property my Prada sun glasses were stolen. This hotel in a not so appealing area of Queens. The pictures are totally misleading. I don't want to give it one star. Avoid this blithe on humanity.

Had to book a room at the last minute , this was the most convenient place. Front desk young lady was very helpful and kind. Stayed for two nights, the second night we were woken up by many bug bites!! Bed Bugs!!! The place was smelly from smoke, but I never imagined it would have bed bugs . Never experienced anything like this, will look at reviews more closely next time. Would not recommend this place!!
