Mattress was old and sunk into the middle, the room smelled a little musty. The place has an indoor pool which is cool but the elevators were tiny and the place kind of needs to be remodeled. It reminded me of an old holiday inn.

I recently stayed overnight with my 3 kids. The room i stayed in had 2 king beds and plenty of room but i could not get past the smell. It was very musty/mildew smelling. Thankfully we did not spend a lot of time in the room. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool but again this room also had a very strong smell. The front desk help were nice and friendly and the kitchen help were pleasant to deal with as well. Only reason i stayed was because the location was 5 minutes from family.

The hotel was very friendly and comfortable. We slept very I’m comfy beds in a quiet room, and enjoyed a fun and hearty breakfast. We were near the sights of old Saybrook which I enjoyed. We were near the Ivoryton Playhouse which was fantastic.

Our client and friend Ron Herron recently stayed here while on tour and was very happy to report such a wonderful stay! The room was excellent and the staff was top-notch and very accommodating to the late night check in. There's a restaurant on site with a bar which is great for not having to try and find food before the gig, and a free breakfast in the morning to make it real easy to get back on the road the next day!

Very Nice staff. Rooms were clean, a bit old. Beds were ok, on the lumpy side.
