Owner is amazing to work with, rooms are clean, second floor rooms have cathedral ceilings, come with microwave, fridge, TV, and computer desk. Only negative I've found is the beds are a little comfortable, but for the price, can't complain at all. 9/10, would stay again.

It's cheap, comfortable, and the A/C works well. If you're looking for an affordable place to crash for a quick sleep, this will do the trick.

It works as a place to sleep. If you are looking for a nice hotel you are at the WRONG place. The towels were stained, the beds barely fit in the room, so having 4 people in there with 2 beds was a little difficult. All of that was fine because we kind of expected it, but the worst was how rude the guy at the desk was. There was no need for him to give us attitude when we were checking in. I wouldn't stay there again just because of him.

Only one broken chair. No table and another chairs. Not proper management.

Our tv is broken. Room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Tub has no stopper (wanted to give kids bath after day at beach) toliet sheet is loose.
