Decent, mostly clean rooms. I stayed here for a week-long job, so basically just slept and ate breakfast here. If you're looking for something decent at a cheap price, it's a good option.

Despite our dimly lit guest room and smokey hallway, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was right on the main strip, making finding a meal easy.

The front desk lady gave another person that wanted to harm us my families room number which resulted in us getting attacked. I will never return again!

My wife and I along with another couple stayed at the Niles Quality Inn on Sept 29 & 30, while visiting Notre Dame.  The rooms were clean and well maintained.  We were impressed by the service and helpfulness of the staff, especially Robyn who provided recommendations on restaurants and directions around the ND campus.

My recent stay 7/16-7/23 was fine, no problems. My previous stay 5/23-6/6 was fine except that the manager charged me for a fifteen day stay when I only stayed for 214 days. I have tried to remedy this error several times with the management but can't get them to admit they made a mistake and give me credit for the extra day they charged my credit card. I have finally disputed this charge with my credit card company and sent them all the documentation, including emails, proving that I stayed 14 days. Had Quality Inn management looked at a calendar then counted the days that I stayed there they would have come to the conclusion that I was right and stayed there 14 days. I checked in on 23 May (late night check-In) on 6 June I checked out at 02:49 A.M. (early morning) that's 14 days stay!
