Nice place to stay.  The room was very clean and spacious.  We rented a Jacuzzi suite. The cost was reasonable and worth what we paid

Rooms are ok. Pool was nice. Staff were friendly for the most part, some went above and beyond, others were curt. Beds kinda firm, and I woke up stiff each morning. Phones were broken - sometimes could not receive incoming calls. The hotel was completely full but the bar by the pool was closed on a Saturday night. Overall stay was fine.

Seems like they are doing updates to improve the building, but several updates are still needed. The hot tub needs some work, some windows were taped up like they were in the middle of painting but I didn't see anyone there doing work. But in fairness I was only there 2 nights and it was the weekend so maybe work resumed during the week after i left.

The customer service at the front desk was more than helpful and friendly. The rooms and overall appearance of the hotel was very clean. Included breakfast, a gym, a pool, and other amenities.

I travel with my pet and the pet-friendly room I stayed in smelled like urine. I usually stay at a cheaper hotel that has less amenities and is also pet-friendly and have never had that problem. The other hotel also has bigger bathrooms and towel racks with bigger bathtubs. For the price I paid to stay here I definitely expected a better room. I paid for a pool I didn't swim in and a hot breakfast that really wasn't that great. I will be going back to my regular hotel next time and I stay in this area monthly for my doctor appointments. So they lost a prospective regular customer.
