They advertise as pet friendly through every 3rd party site. Which they choose their own amenities. You call to confirm that they are pet friendly, they say yes..... you drive 8 hrs with your dog only to have some horrible woman tell you why your an idiot for booking thru priceline. I wouldn't stay there if they paid me. Left me stranded on a Saturday night in the middle of no where to find a hotel room where no dogs are allowed within 100 miles.

very disappointed with the guest service. We were running late when checking out, we told the room service we would be out in 5 minutes after she knocked . the lady at the front desk not only called multiple times, but proceeded to come up and bang on our door and yell at us that we would be charged extra . On our way out she made some rude comments towards us. Definitely won't be going back !!!

Front desk is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. We were harrasseed with calls and knocks at the door even when we were being told we were being charged a late check out. Told the Indian lady at the front have a nice day as I left, she replied quickly "don't worry". Safe to say my gf and I are taking our business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service and employees change our paperwork after we left the office. They kicked us out because our paperwork was wrong
