Dropped off items to be laundered after receiving $5 off purchase coupon in the mail. I provided the coupon at the time of dropoff. When I picked up the items, the lady told me my coupon was not "valid" unless I had more than 3 items. I had exactly 3 items and there was no mention of this on the coupon itself. She would not apply my discount or return my $5 coupon back to me. Instead she gave me a 20% off coupon for my "next visit". If you won't honor my first coupon what makes me believe you will honor this one?! Thanks but no thanks.
