Although we went there last year we promised ourselves we'd leave a review and judging from some recent poor reviews from others, we think our experience still applies. Absurd shoe repair. Unprofessional, shoddy work. They had a hard time finding our 4 pairs of shoes and when they did, they were not ready. We had to wait as they "repaired" them in front of us with glue. I could have done that. A total rush job and ripoff. It's hard to believe the owners would allow such work to be passed off as professional repairs to customers. Rethink your next visit here for these services.

Excellent customer service! I am very pleased to find this alteration shop although it is located quite far from where l live. She fixed my leather purse strap right away so I didn't have to make another trip, even though she had a stack of work to do. How considerate! Her stitching skills are satisfactory as well, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

This review is merely based on my walk in experience I haven't had the work done on my shoes as of yet but the owner Kim was extremely nice & her prices are reasonable. I will update once I've gotten my shoes back. ***UPDATE** So I returned this week to pick up my alternated shoes and they are ruined. Apparently whoever she uses to alter the shoe was careless and got the glue on my suede boots. I expressed my disappointment and the owner was apologetic and gave me a refund for what I paid for the shoes. The downside is that the shoes are sold out and I don't have an alternative for the event that I'm going too.

Just my experience on shoe stretching service. I came in to see if they could stretch two pair of brand new expensive shoes I purchased on sale and specifically in areas towards the mid foot as I have a wider foot. Kim said yes yes yes .we can stretch .now she said they didn't charge for stretching and thought that was out of the norm. I was going to pay regardless but was then up sold on heal protectors at $6 ... well I knew that was a bit high but considered it since they don't charge for stretching . Went to pick up the shoes ... still extremely tight .. and didn't want to leave them longer like she stated I could because as I looked over the shoes and had a few scruffs and the heal area was crunched in... was told because of the equipment they use ... not happy with my experience when I stated my concerns I was looked at like a deer in headlights and she said nothing or gave excuses on why my shoes where damaged ... Well now I will take note to make better arrangements and service for over $400 pairs of shoes. Suggest you do the same unless they aren't a long term investment for you.

Great little shop! Nice old Asian couple, and they resoled my motocross boots for me which are nearly $400 new for only $30! The bottoms were mangled from foot pegs and I'm sure it took a lot of work.
