We were a party of 5 and we were greeted as we came in. We did not have an appointment. They worked us in quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience here and recommend this spa.

I have received good service the last few times I've gone to the shop, however, last week, I did not enjoy my experience. I arrived at 6 p.m. for three services. I was told by the tech  that waxed my eyebrows that he was ready to go home, but they made him help me.  When I sat down for my pedicure, I was told because I came in so late (an hour before closing),  two technicians would do my manicure and pedicure at the same time. I was fine with that until the tech that was doing the manicure rushed and cut my cuticles in several places. I had to ask for something to drink and couldn't use the chair massage.

When I called to complain to the manager, he apologized and said he would contact the owner and call me back. I ended up calling him back two days later and was offered 30% off my next service. Needless to say, I will not be returning. It's obvious my business is not valued there!

I like the fact that you make an appointment it's truly dedicated to being your time only even on a Friday or Saturday. They are very sanitary and offer great customer service. Tea Pan does very good pedicures.

I have tried twice to purchase from the Queen Nails Supply Store.  The first time no one spoke to us just stared and followed us around the store, which made my 10 year old so uncomfortable she asked if we could leave. Today, I went into the store stood in front of the counter looking at polish for fall colors and not only did the guy leave the counter but he stood right be side me. That was the final straw for me. I will never support this business or type of business practice. I will continue to order supplies online.

I love Teresa!! All the people here understand English, take a lot of time with you and are prepared to make you Happy! Teresa is the best they have!! Cindy and Sydney are also really good!!
