I normally don't post comments, but my experience at IP was not a good one with it being my first time staying there.  It was my anniversary. We went with another couple(Tiffany Gordon)that's who name the rooms was in. They asked for king size and got double beds, and put us in a king size room which is what we wanted but it was a smoking and it was a handicap room. We took it as long as we could with the smell, so we asked if they had any other king size rooms available they didn't all they had was double beds. I told my husband that is fine as long as we didn't have to smell the smoke the whole night.  They accommodated us with 2 free buffet for the inconvenience of not having any more kings size available. I really did enjoy the concert. Chrisette Michele was awesome... It'll probably be my first and last time staying there.. Thanks  stayed there the weekend of 2/16-2/18.

Slots need to be looser! The staff is wonderful, very prompt with any requests.  Our room was clean, and very functional. My only regret was the pool wasn't opened yet, and the spa and workout rooms didn't open until 8am. By that time, I had already walked and we had eaten breakfast and on with our day.   They do have meeting rooms here and I can't believe they wouldn't have the workout area open by 6am. Oh well,  still had a great time. Restaurants were busy but had great staff and food was fresh looking and tasting.

The room was really nice, had a king size bed, fridge, and decent sized tv.   But who's there to watch TV anyway?   All of the staff were really friendly.  The two bartenders (Bo and I think Dave) at the Highlights Sports Bar were amazing and funny.  Great people persons and sense of humor.   The casino was really nice.  Had a great selection of slots and card games.

Great hotel!!! The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool area is to die for. Outdoor pool and bar. Outdoor hot tub is so relaxing and larger than most! Great place to stay while visiting the biloxi, ms beach area.

First of all I am not one that complains, however staying at this hotel was horrible!!!!  My husband and myself have not went on vacation since our honeymoon in 2009 so we were more than ready and excited.  Thursday night, no one and I mean no one asked if I would like a drink while playing the slots,  our air conditioner was broke in our hotel room,  but we dealt with it until Friday morning.  I couldn’t get the front desk on the phone so I walked down there and they tell me they will send maintenance.  Well he claims to fix it and still HOT hours later.  Walk back down to front desk because my key card no longer works.  The hotel issues me new key cards!   Next I walk back down there because the heat is just to much.  Ask how I can just check out I was done with the up and down nonsense!   They give us a new room for Friday night!   Go play some more slots and eat at the buffet and slots again!  While playing finally get a waitress to bring me something to drink and there was black things floating in the drink ask the waitress what it was and she sweetly apologizes that it might be mold from the machine and she will get me a fresh one.  No thanks I’m going to my room!!!  We get to the room and all the hooping and Yelling was just to much!!!!  We pack our bags and wait till morning and check out early.  Breaks my heart because this was suppose to be a trip that my husband and I could have and enjoy with no kids yelling no worrying or stressing over anything.  Just relax and have fun!!!!   Not what I got from this hotel!!!!   Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!!!!!!!
