HORRIBLE! Went there 2 weeks ago, my nails turned black and fell off, and thats all after waiting 2 hours at station waiting while she argued with a customer and then left the building in the middle of doing my nails. STAY AWAY! No tip and almost left when the tech left the building for 10 to maybe 15 minutes but my friend and my ride home wasn't done yet. 
When she came back, I wasn't at the station and she asked if I was ready and I asked if she was ready and if she leaves again, no payment. After that statement, she got real loud and I don't understand their language, but I know I was being called rude and a lot worse, but if the service is bad and your unhappy, speak up. 1 time out of 3 years of going there, never again. Going back to Cute Nails where they have what I want. Screw them.

I dropped off my wife on Valentines Day at 5:30 in a strange town.  Not only did they take her for a pedicure but the people were very friendly and gracious which added to my rather last minute gift. She was Very Pleased with her pedicure...(If you know what I mean)

Laurie is my nail tech there been going there for more than a year, she's the best totally thorough and talented. I'm really hard on my nails and when she does them I never have any issues with them!

I went into Queen's Nails, after I had bitten off all my nails. Laurie, was the best. She made several suggestions as to the color and style of my nails and done an excellent job. The salon in Walmart always perform a rush job with crooked polish lines, whereby Laurie's, polish lines were very sdtraqight and neatly polished. Thank You, Laurie

I was a walk in on Valentines Day at 5:30 p.m. Not only were they prompt but very gracious as all other customers took their leave. April was not only expert at my pedicure, but very friendly.  I will go back.
