Barbara, owner, does an amazing job with color and I love her haircuts.  Always anxious to get back down for the winter so she can take care of my hair.  Highly recommend!

I love love love this Salon! Barb does excellent Hair, I had a color done and she microbladed my eye brows,, its awesome...I'm new to Bullhead city and I'm totally lucky I found her. Great salon, give it a try, you won't be sorry. !!  :-)

I have sat on this review for a long time... two months actually. ***I love Barbara. She is so nice. *** Like I said, I wrote this review 2 months ago and didn't post it because I ended up liking my color. Unfortunately, yesterday, my mother in law  (who is a cosmologists in California) commented on the condition of my hair and its blown cuticles. This has led me to believe that I need to share my experience. 

" I have gotten two waxes from Barbara and a cut and color and I have been disappointed each time.

For my first wax, my hair was too long so the bruises she left on my Brazilian I didn't pay much mind to. But, she didn't have enough wax heated up and had other clients so, with half my legs waxed, she sent me home to come back the next day. ***She compensated with giving me a free oil treatment to suppress hair growth and a prewax lotion. ****

My second wax, she still left bruises on my bikini line, even though I got waxed on time. the wax was too hot and tore my skin off in layers AND I broke out in a rash. I was utterly miserable. Instead of feeling sexy, I felt self conscious, itchy, and on the parts of my leg that she tore up skin, Sore and stingy! 

This time around, I knew Barbara is always running late and ****SHE ALWAYS OVER BOOKS HERSELF. **** 
I booked my cut and color for two hours knowing this. And the color was still left on my hair too long and it fried. I haven't colored my hair in over a year and it was quite healthy and now from yesterday, it's not. The dark brown we talked about is BLACK and the caramel is blonde. The picture I showed her for the cut isn't what she did. I don't have a frame, even when I asked her to retrim it. And my bangs aren't what I told her either. They are too long, again, after I said to cut them a little shorter because I wear glasses.

The only reason I'm giving this salon a three star is because ***** I love going there. Everyone is so nice. I have a four month old baby and Barbara is ALWAYS ALWAYS accommodative. *******

I just wish that she was as good of a provider as she is personality wise. But the next day after the salon I'm ALWAYS self conscious and upset that nothing turned out the way I want it to. I always feel like I'm an inconvenience for her because she is ALWAYS so rushed. And luckily, during my appointment she had a client not show up. 

Instead of being filled with confidence, I'm starting at my newly fried ends and my too long of bangs wondering if anyone will notice at the WEDDING I'm going to this weekend. 

Instead of being excited to go back to the salon, I'm filling with anxiety wondering if I can possibly find a new stylist that I like personality wise and professionally that will be accommodative to me having my baby."

I did end up going back the next day and she did trim my bands and my frame a little more and I love the cut. She stayed open and waited for me to get there on a Friday when her son had a swimming meet! ****Like I said, she is so sweet! She is probably the nicest person I have met in the year I've lived here.****
