I love the ladies who work here who are quick with a smile! The male librarian was abrasive and unhelpful when I asked for help finding a book I had heard referenced on the news - I quickly learned to use the Queens Library website whenever I needed help finding a book, and I love how easy it is to request books (and renew them) online! I come here for books on pretty regular basis, and I'm usually in and out as it's not really a place to study since it does get really loud in there when kids are out of school.

I use to go to this library. What is interesting here the librarian Gus confuse the Community Library with his propriety. For example if the computers are not used by anybody he did not allow you the right to use the computer. In the NY P Library on 42 street automatically if is not occupied the computer you receive additional time. Here Gus abusive deleted my file from my memory card, and pushed me out at his mercy even in my time. The library spend too much money with 8 personal by day ( since they are 5 present by day) , since are only 10-12 people in the library. They have enough h time to talk on the phone and to harass a people who wanted to use more the computer. I wrote letter to Bloomberg and De Blasio for more founds for the library not to see how Gus and other people hate the customers and use the library only for their job by doing almost nothing. Look the small garden it is a mess.
