Helpful staff. Right pricing in comparison to other plumbing stores in Manhattan. Great variety of products IN STOCK! They had saved me a lot of headaches and time so I'm very grateful to this location. By the way, if you're coming from Queens Blvd on 37th Street, there is no visible signage; only one at the very top of the building.

I'm pretty sure this is not a business that has the time to deal with small time customers who don't know what they are doing. They predominately deal with professional plumbers (like the company I work for) who know their stuff. This place isn't the home depot(not that anyone there knows anything either), if you walk in here with questions about how to repair some plumbing in your home, I hope they ignore you. The employees here aren't plumbers you moron, they won't know. They sell the parts, you think they put it together and take it apart just to wait for your stupid question?  Call a professional plumber. Why? BECAUSE YOU SHOULD call a professional before you ruin it even further. I've seen it a hundred times. I've also seen individuals walk in, knowing exactly what they want, and walking out in 5 minutes. Like me.

Very bad place just go if you don't have a choice the employees don't respect the manager or the customers they think they are doing you a favor sometimes bad attitude and  cheap material if you don't check your order they will mess it up .
