I was looking for a plastic anchor, and I needed help figuring out what size to buy. The guy at the counter was really helpful. I also asked about some bolts for my IKEA furniture. I thought I needed 3/8 X 3, but he informed me that I needed metric sizing, not English units. I am really thankful that he told me - it saved me a huge headache and potentially broken furniture.
