This place never fails to satisfy! It’s new to Silver Moon Brewing, but we come more often now because of queso-in-your-face-o. STEAK QUESADILLAS HITTTT!!!!

Steak Nachos. Ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture, that being said, no napkins for a Nacho plate will lose you a star. But damn good, I'll be back.

Number one- great name!  The Fajitas were delicious- the grilled chicken was so flavorful- the peppers and beans were spiced perfectly. I was really impressed. The guy working was almost like comedically gruff- but like in an endearing New York kind of way; didn’t detract at all from how good the food was and also it was a good value. 5 stars

Born and raised in Texas on Tex-Mex, we decided to try this for our 24th wedding anniversary dinner.  We were pleasantly surprised at how close to "home" the flavors were.  Chicken fajita nachos were slightly spendy but generously portioned and worth the price.  The cook was clearly busy but took time to engage with us.  We will definitely be back!

Amazing food!  Had the chicken fajitas and the flavors are so good. The beans were to die for in his special sauce he makes.  Then there’s the queso. Big chunks of green chilis, super flavorful but not too spicy.   Can’t wait to go back!!

Please don't be easily swayed by low reviews from impatient, petty customers. The food I've had from this truck is always great quality. The fact is, if you go to a food truck in the middle of summertime, you're gonna wait a few minutes, especially during busy times, and that's okay! That's how it works. Patience is a virtue, people. Their food and service hits the mark every time for me.

These nachos were unexpectedly delicious. I don't write reviews but I made an exception here. Truck was at silver moon brewing and I honestly think these were the best nachos I've ever had. Do it.

Shrimp tacos were perfectly cooked, their queso is so good and their nachos had all the right toppings with a perfect topping to chip ratio.

Well done. Had a big staff lunch and plenty to share. Tried all 3 fajita meals.  Excellent food.

Pleeeaaase come back!! The best tex mex I've found outside of Texas. Yall did it rightFood: 5/5
