Called earlier that day before appointment to confirm they do the certain test I needed, they said yes. Got to the office and they told me they don't do that test- big inconvenience and time wasted. Also they were not friendly at all and front desk woman acted very unprofessional. Would recommend never to go here.

My problem is the automade service looks like a child is talking and try for 20 minutes see if I can speak with a customer service no lock.

They need to add more people to work here, patients were more with the appointments but still I had to wait 1 hr and 35 minutes to get my blood taken. Common now Quest add more people at least on Monday's

The automated phone system got stuck in a loop and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a representative. The website says they do drug screens at 8am but they actually don't start until 9. The people working here eventually helped after waiting about 40 minutes. At least they were friendly.

I have not been to this office yet so for now I will assume they are kind & courteous. My issue is with the automated service they use when you call. There is no way to talk to a real person. Very frustrating.
