I went there yesterday for the first time, the staff was friendly, the doctor was the best one I've seen in Massachusetts in a long time, I loved it. Yes the waiting room could be updated, but overall it was a great visit.  (way way WAY friendlier than anyone I've met at the JP campus)

zero stars.  The Boston VA system has not received the memo that the VA now is the #1 integrated healthcare system in the US.  Not Partners, not Intermountain Healthcare, etc.  They revel in delaying patient care, denying requests, and make accessing care a full time job.

This clinic is no exception.
