I needed to dry my laundry and was more than willing to follow their posted hours. I showed up at 8:30 pm to start the dryer and again at 9:45 to pick my stuff up. Their doors are apparently locked before 10 pm, despite what's posted on the actual building. I then had the joy of coaxing another patron in this place to let me in. That person was nice enough to do so. I have a big problem with places that don't follow their own rules.

Unbearably hot inside. At least it's cheap and in a good location for down town.

Half the machines are broken, nothing is maintained, no AC, dirty, and just in general a run down business that is surprisingly still around.

Top loader is 1.75, the machines look quite old. However, they get the job done and takes only about 30 minutes for a load. There are 3 commercial front tripple loaders. Cost is 3.50 and is worth every penny. Around 30 minutes and you have 2-3 weeks of clothes washed. Dryers are at 25 cent intervals, and are not worth it. There are laundry carts to assist moving the wet clothes and several laundry stations to assist with folding. The a/c is wonky sometimes, the change machine isn't always in service, but there aren't many laundry options in downtown Madison. Therefore, this one delivers its promise of being a convenient laundromat .
