This is my second time reviewing this place and this is how it finally ended with even more of a bad taste in my mouth as a customer. I called to make an appointment to use the credit they had given me to go back to them since that was my only option for their mistake for me not getting my rebate for buying 4 tires. I spoke to the assistant manager (what she called herself). I asked if I still had my credit and she stated no since you gave us a bad review; if you take it down, I will give it back to you. Well with that being said, I asked to have 2 sets of my tires, that had been in storage, ready and I will come by and pick them up. She said I will leave them outside for you and you are not allowed to come in the store at all. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated you will NOT speak to him. Then my husband called to speak to the manager and even the manager said that if a bad review is posted, legal actions will be taken. So basically because they made a mistake and were not willing to fix it, I was threatened for expressing my honest and truthful displeasure with this place . What a horrible way to treat a customer that has given them plenty of business and for an assistant manager to think that it is appropriate to speak to a customer like that. If anyone needs a place for their car to be serviced, there are plenty of helpful, grateful and kind businesses to spend your money, this just isn't one of them!!!!

Great customer service and mechanic service. Pricing is very good as well. They have done well by us.

Shannon, George and the Technician at Rountree did a spectacular job cleaning my car inside and out! I literally had to look twice to be sure it was my car because it looked brand new! Thank you so much for your friendly and professional customer service! Lee Borden
