These ppl stole $1000.00 from me half did the job over 2 months ago won't come back. Continues to lie and say he is coming never shows up just a bunch of excuses and out right thievery. They need to be stopped just taking people's hard earned money. Called the BBB and everyone on this thread should do so. (8/17/17) after that post a more voice messages left, Glen did call me back and came to finish the job.

Glenn has always come through for me every time I needed a drain line rodded. I do kitchen and bathroom remodeling, it's nice to know that when I run into a clogged drain line that I can call Quick Rod and they'll take care of it fast the first time!

Had them fix a drain issue with my bathtub and not even a week later, the tub wouldn't drain. Called to see if they could check it out again, thinking that they would guarantee the work they did. Glen said that he could not guarantee the work done on pipes that are 100 years old. My house isn't even close to being that old. He thought he was being funny. He said the drain was clear when his worker left and that's all that mattered to him. Not to worry though, word of mouth can spread fast. Everyone is going to know that this business sucks.
