We thought our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Turned out to be a little plastic check valve. Extremely honest and friendly plumber. Would of given more stars if I could have.

Great job guys!  I loved working with this company, they were in and out, fairly cheap and the plumber I had the opportunity to meet was very helpful.  He gave me a few tips and pointers on my septic system for the future.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it.  If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go.  The first time was clear fraud.  We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain.  The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines.  They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem.   Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.  
We called for a refund and got no where.  I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.  
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.  
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

The plumber you sent to my house was one of the nicest and knowledgeable plumbers I've yet to meet.  He was able to get the job done soon then expected and even walked me through the process as he worked.  Hopefully are drains stay clean and clear from here on out but if not I'll be sure to contact you guys, as long as you send out the same plumber.

Great company to call if you have a real emergency.  My youngest son broke the nob off our bathroom while the water was still running.  Fearing a flood I called Quik Rooter right away and they sent a plumber out inside 20 minutes.  This alone will make them the only plumbers I call.  If you live in or around the Bakersfield area I would say it's worth giving them a call.
