My new addiction are the QT Fraps and the ease of the app ordering makes my coffee stops even that much more efficient. The manager at this store went above and beyond when the coffee machine was down after I had ordered and paid for my coffee on my phone. Instead of just saying sorry its not working, he worked hard to get me what I had come in for! Great customer service.

I go to this store almost every day between my personal time and my work time when Bob was the manager this store was clean it was neat and everything was always available to you lately every time I go in there it's dirty there's no hot food available I guess I gotta find a new cutie

The worst customer service ever. Asked  for a receipt this morning and got attitude from the pudgy counter clerk, Benjamin. Looks like he got beat up on the way to work since the side of his face is bloody. Avoid this confrontational location.
