I had a bad day in Saturday -the 17 th at this bank - I went in to reopen a debt card on one account only to find when I left the bank - and my truck being towed on that day also from my sisters parking lot - And now was going to cost 168.00 to get the car back - only to find when I went to use my primary card to retrieve my car 🚗 they informed me they needed to take the card . I could not believe my ears at this point the bank had canceled the wrong account debt card - while I was there in person doing this transaction on An account that nothing  to do with my primary account-nor had we ever had spoken off this account while there  all I am saying is going forward maybe the bank should go over the transaction with the client before shaking their hand Good bye . While they where very nice to fix their mistake at once on Monday morning- the only catch to that is I had to wait all weekend to see what happened to my account- like it was stressful because there is no service or a human to speak with the bank on the weekend should something like that happen to someone else going forward

Simply the best banking experience I've ever had. Over 58 years and countless banks. I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone can rate this bank with less than 5 stars, so I want to give me my assurances to those looking for reviews and feedback from "reasonable" consumers that on balance with all other local banks and national branches, this one exceeds our wishes and expectations. If looking for a different kind of bank, you have nothing to lose but to go in and ask all the questions you can think of. You'll be impressed. Specifics, you ask? How about a 6 digit Member Number you are given to use which connects you to ALL your accounts, as opposed to having to furnish your long account numbers for each transaction. The online banking site is complete and we'll designed, as well as an awesome mobile app. And then the convenient parking and multiple drive-through windows, and great people are extra bonuses. And who doesn't appreciate a change sorter located in lobby which doesn't deduct a fee.  
If I was forced to come up with a negative, the only one would be the policy against overdraft protection on checking acct transactions using the card only. It can be embarrassing at the grocery checkout, but once you get used to doing what you should be doing anyways - keeping track of our balances -  you will be better off. I'm sure that saves money on customers taking a hike with a negative balance or complaining  about fees that YOU caused.

I can't complain. When my husband and I went for the first time, we we treated with so much friendliness and professionalism. Everything we went to do was explained to us so well and easily and done promptly. I can't wait to open an account there. Great experience!
