Parking is a big issue ... Service is great

The ultimate worst branch for customer service. After waiting for over 45 minutes. The customer service representative handed me a phone and told me that they couldn't help with my banking concern. They told me that I needed to call the bank. I could have done that from my home. I will never use customer service at that branch again. I'd go to another branch or just call from home. This would not be too bad however it was the second time that this had happened at this branch.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH GO ELSEWHERE. 1400 HANCOCK STREET QUINCY CENTER
