I have never had anything less than professional & courteous service at this dmv office! Of course, I have always tried to treat the employees courteously, and to realize that my problem is the only one I have to deal with, but that isn't the case for those employees.

I hope that I can able to give this place negative 5 points, All the employee here are rudest. They even don't try to help you out. They don't want to listen anything that you are saying, They just wants to talk rudely with you. I never seen this kind of employee in the Government offices.

Depending on who you deal with here you may get ok service. The majority of employees I have dealt with are very rude, and condensending. I have never been treated such anywhere else. I submitted a complaint and they haven't done anything about this office. I understand that these people deal with people that are not respectful but there is no need to be rude right off the bat. I even had an employee snatch some papers out of my hand that had nothing to do with my address change and proceeded to tell me that it's not proof of address, I told her that she has the wrong paper and she sent me back of the line without letting me give her the paper she should've snatched. I dread going in there for anything. The only reason they get the second star is because there are employees there that do an excellent job of customer service. Do not go here if you are not able to handle rude employees.

Disrespectful over paid individuals, if there was a no star rating I would choose that. Alwsys closed, never answer their phones, and you have to pray that they will accept your form of American currency.
