I cannot say enough about how much I loved working with Quincy Storage & Transfer.  They made my move so easy and stress free.  The person that handled the actual delivery (Brett); was wonderful!  I highly recommend Quincy Storage and Transfer.

I used to recommend Quincy storage and transfer but I won't ever again.  I used them to move furniture recently.  The first move took under 3 hours.  I was charged $492.  A few weeks later, I used them to move a fraction of the furniture they had just moved.  I was expecting to be charged for an hour less....maybe even less than that.  They charged me $525.  I called management and they said the billable hours were actually just $492.  I complained and told him they moved a fraction of the furniture they originally moved.   They damaged my drywall and didn't return my light bulbs.  Manager didn't care.  So I had to make a special trip to their office to get the check they overcharged me for and write another check for which I was still overcharged.   To top it all off I was still moving furniture in my house bc they left furniture in the wrong spot.  My friend who managed the move said they were jacking around and he just wanted to get them out of the house.   Management should have charged me for an hour less and talked to their lazy employees.   I will say the black man is wonderful.  He knows what he's doing and doesn't mess around.   He should get a raise.
