First time coming to Quiznos and I can't believe there is only one location in San Diego! Sandwich was above expectation and the sandwich artist was very friendly. He let us know about their awesome loyalty program all while multitasking with my sandwich. Will be back again!

Quiznos is so hard to find these days...I'm thrilled to have one so close to where I live. The staff at this location are amazing and the food is always top notch! If I'm going to have fast food, this is my go-to. I hope they're around for a long, long time. :-)

Was in El Cajon for the Halloween festival. Got coupons for this store which was in a very convenient location. Great food, prices, and service.

Horrible. I ordered online for later in the afternoon. They called me within 30 minutes of placing the order telling me my food was ready. By the time I arrived to pick up my food it had been sitting there for 40 minutes. The three sandwiches I ordered had been sitting out on their counter the entire time. So I imagine that after 40 minutes of sitting out the bread would be soggy and the meat would be cold, so I politely asked for them to remake my order fresh. Both of the employees instantly reacted with scoffing and negative attitude. I ordered my food for a specific time and to be treated like it is my problem that they made the food 45 minutes early. I ended up walking out and going down the street to Subway. I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THE FEMALE employee was both on the phone to tell my my order was ready 40 minutes early then again in the store when they refused to remake the order. This is my 3rd time at Quiznos and I really wanted to upgrade my sandwich shop but after the last 2 times being THE WORST service I have EVER had. I will probably stick to the crappy subway shop because AT LEAST THEY ARE NOT RUDE. Also, subway seems to get the orders CORRECT AND ON TIME. I am still in shock at how rude and inattentive the employees were, and to blame the customer...really? I walked out. Told them I was sorry for wasting THEIR time and being INCONVENIENT for them.
