The food was good. However, to say I had a bad customer service experience would be the biggest understatement you will read today. Without the details, due to the lowest possible level of service (they'll probably be out of business soon due to their level of service) the residual affect costs me a lot of money out of my own pocket. Good food with low level service is much worse than bad food with good service, in my opinion. Honesty doesn't seem to be something valued with this establishment either.

It's great, I would definitely try it out if you are looking for a good steak in Tuscaloosa; it's probably the best one you'll find. It doesn't stack up to a Ruth Chris or Flemmings but you get what you pay for. I'm a big fan of the veal, and if you do stick around for dessert, the chocolate molten cake is excellent. Everything is big portions too so be ready to unbutton your pants afterwards and take a nap.

Excellent! Had the best filet mignon ever! Portabello fries very good. Wonderful staff!

Never gotten a bad meal here. Prices are on the upper end so don't be surprised. This isn't the local 5 dollar meal location. Great food combinations and service has always been spot on.
