I highly recommend Moeller Jewelers. They provide excellent service - to even their smallest customers.

I walked into Moeller this morning to have my wristwatch battery replaced. The staff was friendly and professional. The battery was replaced and my metal watchband was also cleaned, without my even requesting it. The watch looks like new!

My wife had a similar positive experience at Moeller a few months ago.

I am very happy with the service I received from Lindsay Wiessner.  I was searching for a shadow or a companion ring. Lindsay continued to search even after I left the store till she found the perfect match for my ring.  Then to facilitate getting my new ring as quickly as possible, she went into the store on her day off to to make sure the store received it and to directly hand it over to the jeweler to expedite the sizing.  I was able to pick my ring up that same day!   Again, Lindsay, thank you for your efforts.  I am very pleased with your service and with my new ring.

This was my second purchase from R.F. Moeller, and once again, I have nothing but good things to say about this local jeweler.  I had purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee in September of 2016, but now that our wedding date is nearing, we needed to look for wedding bands.  The individual I had the pleasure of working with was Patrick Mullins.  He was very easy to work with and worked to find me a band that was in my "style", size, and most importantly, price.  I had found a band that I really liked but was quite a bit higher than what I wanted to spend.  I asked Patrick if we had any other options that were similar in look but lower in price.  He custom ordered a band for me, told me to come back in two weeks and look at the band, and if I was not satisfied, he would return it no questions asked.  Well, there was no need to return the band - I went and picked it up today and it looked great, and was half the price of the first band I looked at.  Patrick did a great job and I appreciated all his help.  I looked at other jewelers for my band but DID NOT find the customer service that was anywhere close to what Patrick and the other associates at R.F. Moeller provide.  I have had nothing but positive experiences with this jeweler and would absolutely recommend them to others.

We love working with Patrick Mullins at R.F. Moeller.   He is very knowledgeable, professional and really puts the customer's needs first.  Whether its your first piece of jewelry that you are buying or already have several pieces, you will be guaranteed a great experience.

The store was beautiful and clean but the best part was Lindsay. She was incredibly helpful and informative!! I will be a loyal RFMJ customer because of her expertise and kindness. She's the best. Thank you, Lindsay!
