Maria and the staff were excellent at helping us design a custom engagement ring that turned out absolutely beautiful. They also helped us with wedding bands and with ideas for updating a family heirloom to a more modern look. The service was great and all for a reasonable price. Thank you!

Summary: Diamonds Direct modified my ring without asking me.

I brought my engagement ring (a family heirloom) in for a resizing and a quote on a modification. I just wanted to know how much this particular modification would cost.

Diamonds Direct made the modification without my permission, and of course charged me for it. I did not end up paying for this modification, and I do like the way the ring looks now, but the craftsmanship of the jeweler does not make up for the fact that a modification was performed on my ring without my permission.

While the employees are friendly, and the services performed on my ring were satisfactory, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone bring their priceless jewelry here due to this level of carelessness.

years ago, my husband purchased my engagement ring from Diamonds Direct.  It was such a great experience and such a tremendous deal that when 2 of our sons announced at Easter that they were getting engaged, we planned a family trip back to Minnesota (we now live in South Dakota) to visit Diamonds Direct.  Dana and Naomi took a lot of time with each of our boys to thoroughly explain every aspect of choosing a diamond, then worked within each of their budgets to come up with two absolutely beautiful rings at prices lower than you will find at any other retail store.  We couldn't have been more pleased and will never shop diamonds anywhere else.

The customer service at Diamonds Direct is second to none. Maria assisted us through multiple purchases for our upcoming wedding and delivered custom rings very quickly. Every visit was a positive experience with every member of the staff willing to spend any amount of time needed with us. It was immediately clear that our satisfaction was their number one priority. We cannot say enough good things about Diamonds Direct and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I was shopping for a diamond necklace as a Christmas present for my wife. I was treated like the most important customer Diamond's Direct had ever had.  They took a lot of time to propose choices, options; always with sensitivity to cost.  My choice required some modifications, which were all done expertly, I doubt I could have been as pleased anywhere else.  Since then I have returned for other purchases, always treated the same.  Have referred others, all very pleased
