By far the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They consistently called the wrong number when delivering and called outside of the agreed upon window (when I told them I would still be at work). 
After the second attempt I told them to just leave it at my apartment's office, but they couldn't find it the first time (remember this is supposed to be a professional delivery company) so I had to give them the address and tell the office clerks to please not take their lunches until midafternoon otherwise they would just return my product to the manufacturer. When I finally received my package (a four drawer filing cabinet) there were noticeable dents. Each time I called the dispatcher he was rude and acted as though these problems were my fault.
All told my package arrived 19 days later than projected. Overall an infuriating experience.
