The night supervisor, Steve I think his name is, was the most helpful understanding person there. Also one of their dock guys, J.T., had the most pleasant can do attitude I've ever dealt with. He loaded my freight onto my pick up with pure professionalism.

Definately the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with. Nancy in "customer service" is completely rude and treats customers with complete disrespect. Then the carriers refused to bring the item to our house and made my husband drive to them and pick up our stuff on the side of the road!! Unbelievable!!!

Horrible shipping company.  Never on time.  Then if one number in an address is wrong they won't deliver it u less you pay a $50 fee.  Never again will my company use this company.
