This review is a reaching out to Oscar Anderberg.  I manage Tuckaway Storage and try to make certain that each of our customers has a favorable stay.  In order for us to fix Oscar's security deposit concern, we need Oscar's CORRECT information, including address and phone number.   If Oscar could please contact us, we will attempt to satisfy your security deposit conern, but will need this information.  I do recall your high review previously for our efforts.  I would love to earn it back, but NEED YOUR HELP.

I found Tuckaway Storage to be extremely accommodating and very professional. In every way, I felt like they provided us with a sincerity of trying make our interaction with them as nice and genuine as they could. In addition, to the spaces being affordable and clean, overall it was a good experience.

SEEMS WEIRD THAT THE BAD REVIEWS THAT WERE ON HERE WHEN I WROTE THIS ARE NO LONGER ON HERE HMMMMM I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM FIVE STARS TO A BIG FAT ZERO!!!! THE BAD REVIEWS THAT WERE ON HERE WHEN I WROTE THIS WERE TRUE I HAD MY UNIT EMPTIED ON TIME AND SWEPT AND MADE SURE NO TRASH/DIRT OR ANYTHING ELSE LEFT BEHIND AND THE BASTARD NEVER GAVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK...... SO IF YOU WANNA GET SCREWED OVER BY SOMEONE THAT IS NICE TO YOUR FACE GO HERE:)i needed a storage unit badly on a saturday afternoon,i called several places either no answers or didn't have what i needed,then came across TUCKAWAY STORAGE, got an immediate answer,i wasn't familiar with the area and my out dated gps couldn't find the location so the owner actually met me on the exit ramp of the highway so i could follow him back-how often does this happen?very rare! fast friendly service and go above and beyond for customers i would HIGHLY recommend TUCKAWAY
